- Use Secondbrain to manage and share the content that you create on 3rd party web-services. These services are connected to Secondbrain, and your rights to any of this content are defined by the said services.
- Do not share content that violates copyright rights, neither in Secondbrain, nor in other 3rd party services.
- Do not add content to your Secondbrain library that is illegal, obscene, harassing or inappropriate in any other way.
- Do not use Secondbrain for any commercial purpose without our prior consent.
- Your use of Secondbrain the service is bound by all applicable laws, and you must comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
- Secondbrain is a free service, and we plan to add advertisements to finance development and hosting costs.
- Secondbrain can alter or delete content that you share if we find it inappropriate or in violation of our Terms of Use. We may notify you about this or give you a warning before any action is taken, but we are not obligated to do so.
- Secondbrain may contact you directly via your email address to give you important messages relating to our service or your use of it.
- Do not violate the Terms of Use. If you should do so, Secondbrain may deactivate, terminate your account or block you from further access to the service. This decision is made at our sole discretion.
- Finally, if you have any comments, suggestions or complaints about anything related to Secondbrain, please let us know. We want to work closely with you in creating your favorite Secondbrain.
